REALTECH AG AGREES TO SELL THE REALTECH US SUBSIDIARY

The Management Buy-Out will be effective on 31 October 2017. As signed 30 October 2017, the American subsidiary will be taken over by the local managing director. Furthermore, the negating partners agreed upon a reseller-agreement.
